HARVEST FRENCH BEANS
In warmer areas you may be lucky and be able to start harvesting
a few French beans at the end of this month. Don't just pull the
beans off the plant because the stalks are quite strong and you may
well damage the plant. The best way to harvest French Beans is to
cut them off with scissors or a knife. Failing that, lightly hold
the stem and twist the beans off. |
